Study after study has shown that a regular physical training regiment before the age of 5 had many long term benefits. Motor skills and coordination, stronger muscles and resilient attitudes just to name a few. Moreover, children who have had specialized physical training before the age of 5 benefited from a higher bone density in adulthood than those who haven’t by up 14 percent. This translates to stronger and healthier bones with less sports related injuries.
Our program is a long term athletic development program derived from an award winning toddler centric program aimed at developing motor skills, hand-eye coordination, strength, and flexibility to prepare the child for future physical activities and teach the importance of staying active and fit. Fundamental and basic Judo skills as well as Taekwondo skills will be taught so that the toddler may transition into the art of their choice at yellow belt level, or when they turn six.
