TKB Fitness is an exciting new fitness program based on the skills and principles of boxing, taekwondo, and street self-defense techniques.  

TKB Fitness is a HIIT(high intensity interval training) workout, proven scientifically to be the most effective method  for building lean muscle while burning unwanted fat.   

It includes Resistance Training, Plyometrics, Calisthenics and Isometrics as well as a lot of punching, kicking, board breaking and having fun!  

It is a goal oriented program designed to reach specific health and fitness goals, as well as empower you with the knowledge and confidence that you have developed a set of skills to defend yourself, while getting in shape.
